There are NO refunds unless your items are defective beyond normal candle burning. We allow exchanges up to 7 business days after your purchase. Items must be returned, unused and in the original packaging it was received in. Please allow up to 48 hours for inspections and once approved we will  send your exchange. We DO NOT cover return shipping costs.

We try our best to package our products in a secure manner however there are no guarantees that the packages will be handled with care once they leave our facility. As such, we will issue a replacement on items that arrive broken beyond use. If this is the case, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page and allow up to 48hrs for responses. 

Please Note:

Our products are made with natural ingredients and may melt during shipping and if left in the mailbox. Please keep track of your orders and collect them upon arrival to limit their exposure to extreme weather. We are not responsible. 


All orders are processed (picked, packed and shipped) within 3-5 business days. Times may vary. Any order made on a United States public holiday will be shipped the next available business day after processing.

We do not send replacement items for orders with incorrect address submitted by buyers. It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. Once the products leave our facility,  it is not our responsibility and we must, therefore, ask that you repurchase your order or contact the carrier to make any necessary changes.

We do not send replacement items for orders lost in the mail. Please contact your local carrier to find out details about your package.
